Meals at this popular Banff restaurant are carefully prepared, and made fresh daily on-site using quality ingredients. Gluten-free options are available. All entrées come with soup or salad, warm sourdough bread with whipped garlic butter, tea or coffee and spumoni ice cream at no additional charge. Lunch pasta, sandwich, and soup & salad specials are available until 2:30pm.
Atmosphere
The Old Spaghetti Factory is filled with antiques, stained glass, Tiffany lights and other memorabilia reminiscent of the early 20th century. Large picture windows that open wide on nice days offer views of Rundle and Sulphur mountains. There is a rock fireplace and lounge area with TVs for sports.

- Pot-Pourri Spaghetti: sample three popular sauces, meat, mushroom, clam
- Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo: sautéed scallops, shrimp and mushrooms
- Chicken Pesto Linguine: homemade sauce with basil, mushrooms, diced tomato and cream; Chorizo Penne Al Fresca, sausage sautéed with garlic, chunky marinara sauce
- Prawn or Chicken Red Thai Curry Linguine: sautéed peppers, fresh cilantro
- Mama Pulosi’s Lasagna: meat sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan
- Vegetarian Lasagna: spinach, mushrooms, green peppers, carrots, onions
- Roasted Garlic Grilled Chicken: chicken marinated in garlic and lemon over linguine with roasted garlic butter, topped with pesto tomatoes, parmesan
- Chicken Parmigiana: breaded and fried chicken breast baked with mozzarella, Parmesan and tomato sauce
- Baby Back Ribs: slow cooked with smoky BBQ sauce, plus spaghetti or fries
- New York Steak: sautéed mushrooms, plus spaghetti with tomato sauce or fries
