Eden offers an exquisite dining experience featuring regional and international cuisine with dramatic flavours and presentations. Perched on Sulphur Mountain above the Town of Banff, this restaurant offers breathtaking Rundle Mountain, Bow Valley and Spray Valley views.

Atmosphere & Accolades

Eden is Western Canada’s only AAA/CAA Five Diamond awarded restaurant. Rich wood finishes, leather chairs and landscape art contribute to the elegant, intimate setting. The 1,200-label open-to-view wine room and a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence citation complement the expertise of the six sommeliers. Try an Eden Pairing to sample multiple wines of uncommon quality.

  • Chef‘s Tasting Menu, $140: lobster terrine (coconut, enoki, black garlic); venison (Jerusalem artichoke, Saskatoon berry, crutomate); pheasant; goose; pine and parsley granité; Manchego transparency; orange and lavender
  • Vegetarian Tasting Menu, $110: herb flan (grains, legumes, heirloom carrot); tagliatelli of kohlrabi; apple and parsnip soup; pine and parsley granité; root vegetables; Manchego transparency; orange and lavender
  • Appetizers: skate wing (bacon crisp, purées); pork and preserves; herb flan (grains, legumes, carrot, herbs); seared foie gras (shallot consommé, beetroot, salt baked onion purée, mustard, shimeji); apple and parsnip soup
  • Green Eggs and Ham Duck: halloumi, apple, lentil, Swiss chard, berry glaze
  • Variety of Roasted Root Vegetables: barley, goat yogurt, shallot consommé
  • Brant Lake Wagyu: salsify, tomato, pearl onions, fortified wine glaze
  • Bison with turnips, Brussel sprouts, cranberry, chestnuts
  • Pork Rack with green pea blini, red cabbage, pork jus
  • Sablefish: lobster, heirloom carrots, bouillabaisse, Parmesan, olive
  • Desserts: chocolate (parfait, beet, olives); tropical (coconut, pineapple, spiced strawberry); orange and lavender (maple, chocolate, caramel); strawberry and cucumber (juniper, almond, cucumber ice cream)

Table d’hôte Menus: two-course $85, three-course $95, four-course $105, 10-course grand dègustation $215
