Bamboo Garden is owned and operated by a local family. Benefiting from the owners’ 15+ years of Bow Valley food service experience, this restaurant has become a Banff favourite. The chefs have a passion for cooking Chinese and Thai cuisine; many offerings incorporate other Asian influences as well. Dishes are made fresh-to-order without MSG to suit tastes ranging from mild to very spicy. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available.
Bamboo Garden‘s stylish interior features Zen- and Buddha-inspired photography, statues and furnishings. Mount Rundle and Tunnel Mountain views are enjoyed from window-side tables and the small balcony-patio.
